We take a holistic and long term view of your finances and help you plan your mortgages to not only meet your needs today but to help you create wealth for tomorrow.  Most mortgage brokers can get you into debt. At Shire First Mortgages we take the view that it is also our job to assist you in managing your debt and ultimately paying it. We want to help you to own your own home sooner. Shire First Mortgages is not aligned to any franchise group. We hold our own Australian Credit License and do not just work as a credit representative for the big organisations like many brokers. We are located at Level 4/29 Kiora Road Miranda in the heart of the Sutherland Shire. Please note our offices are availble by appointment and we may not be available there if you just drop in.

Shire First Mortgages has been helping families and businesses with property finance since 1999 when we began operations from a home office in Menai.

Since then the business has grown and relocated to its current Gymea, Sutherland Shire location.

The principals of Shire First Mortgages are Neil & Susanne Massingham who have extensive banking and finance experience with leading financial organizations such as Westpac, Royal & Sun Alliance & Commercial Union dating back to 1978.

Shire First Mortgages holds a full Australian Credit License (ACL 387657) and is a full member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia. To provide you with additional comfort when dealing with us we also subscribe to an independent dispute resolution service the Credit Ombudsman Service Limited (COSL). We abide by the strict codes of conduct prescribed by these organizations.

All of our consultants are Accredited Mortgage Consultants in their own right meaning they have achieved industry educational requirements and must undergo ongoing industry training.

All of our fees and commissions are disclosed up front. At Shire First Mortgages we provide you with a quote and full disclosure document before you proceed with any loan applicants as well as a formal written assessment of your requirements and our recommendations. There are NO “hidden extras” when dealing with Shire First Mortgages.
